Best idea, or Best Idea EVER!?!

Whilst filing today, I came up with the most inspired of movie adaptation RPS AUs! Wait for it, wait for it...

BACK TO THE FUTURE III!!!! Now, I know right now you're all, o.O But let me explain!

Okay, so it would be Jensen/JDM where Jensen = Marty, JDM = Doc and Jared = Jennifer

So, stuff happens and Doc!JDM gets sent back to 1885, leaving Jensen stuck in the past. Jensen goes to find past!JDM to help get him home, but upon discovering that future-in-the-past!JDM is murdered, Jensen has to go back and save him...

Okay, who are we kidding. This is really just an excuse for daddy!blacksmith!JDM. JDM in the Old West!! Then there would be angst, because Jensen is trying to save him, but then he thinks that JDM falls in love with the teacher!! Misunderstandings! That are resolved with dirty dirty sexytiems!!

Then, the climactic train scene! OH NOES, WILL THEY MAKE IT BACK TO THE FUTURE IN TIME? But JDM has to go back for something (blah blah blah details) and Jensen time jumps without him!!! Ahhh, OH NOES!!!

...And then Jensen wakes up. AHAHAHAHA YES DALLAS DREAM ENDING!!! He pokes Jared in the side and says, "No more movie marathons before bed."

Jared groans and bats his hand away because it's still the middle of the night and he's sleeping Goddammit!

From behind Jensen, Jeff chuckles and says, "Told you it was a bad idea."

Of course, the next weekend, Jared is all, "But it's Indiana Jones!" and Jensen is like, "...yeah, okay." (Except for the new one, because the new one SUCKS!!) Jeff is all, *skeptical face*

Cut to later that night, Jensen wakes up to Jeff saying, "Oh, you've got to be kidding me."

Jensen rolls over and says, "Were you Sean Connery? You were totally the dad, weren't you?"

Jeff is all, "Shut up, Jensen."

DUM DUM DUM - THE END!!!

Epilogue: Jeff and Jensen make Jared watch The Last Unicorn five times in a row before bed. SNAPS ON JARED!!!

Creative genius at work, y'all. I'm sayin'.

Was it the daddy!blacksmith!JDM that hooked you or the Dallas ending? Or is that a stupid question. I kind of feel like if we take anything away from this idea, it is that there needs to be a blacksmith!JDM AU, y/y?

If Jeff is Wolverine, then Jensen is Cyclops. Which leaves Jared as...Jean Grey? Or Beast. Ha! Sorry. Just pictured Jared hanging upside down from the bar by his feet in a suit and glasses. lol

Also, as a child of the eighties, I request some cracked out films of my youth - Dark Crystal, Labryinth (trying to decide who is David Bowie and who is Jennifer Connoly.) Or The NeverEnding Story - but only if JDM is the flying dog. Omg, that sounded so bad. Forget I said that.

I'm liking the idea of Jensen in the tiara, telling Jared to say his name. *g* But I have to disagree because wait...my argument is sound:

The Rock Guy, the Dragon-Dog, the Nothing-Wolf and the Narrator are all voiced by the same guy. Come on, Jeffrey as the Nothing-Wolf? Dude, you know you want it. Okay, maybe I just have a little kink about JDM's voice. That's entirely possible.

Exactly. JDM would be the dragon-dog. Steven Williams or Jim Beaver as the guy in the bookstore? And then the other one could totally do the Rock-Guy voice. Chad Lindberg voicing the extremely stoned turtle. Gabriel Tigerman could do the narcolepetic bat. You'd still need Childlike Empress and the guy on the snail and the scientist and his wife. (wait, I looked it up and apparently the Rock Guy, the Dragon-Dog, the Nothing-Wolf and the Narrator are all voiced by the same guy.)

IDK about who would be the dad though. And at the end, Jensen would have to shout out his mother's name (which btw, disturbed me even when I was a kid - say my name - wtf dude?) So, would it be Samantha?

And yeah, what the hell was with The Return to Oz? That movie was messed up. Also, movies that seemed like acid trips and freaked me out as a child - I totally add "The Secret Of Nimh" (which I loved when I read the book, but the movie freaked me out for some reason, and I could never read it again after I saw the movie) "The Hobbit" & "Lord of the Rings" cartoons (screaming nightmares about Gollum and The Black Riders and couldn't make it through those books until I was 23 years old because of those stupid cartoons) and "Watership Down" (which my mother got at the library and it was animated so didn't that mean it was okay for kids?).
