Really, when I saw the previews for this episode, my thought process was, "So they show Dean how horrible the future is if he and Sam stay broken up and then they get back together at the end?" AND THEN ZOMG THAT'S TOTALLY WHAT THEY DID BECAUSE KRIPKE IS THE BESTEST EVER IN THE WORLD FOREVER HOORAY!!!!!!

Okay. *ahem* So actual show thoughts. I love Castiel's "THE VOICE SAYS I'M ALMOST OUT OF MINUTES!!!" Technology: 1 Castiel: 0 Seriously adorable.

I love that Sam called Dean and was all, "WTF LUCIFER DEAN!!!"

I kind of wish that future!Dean had a "The Wish"!Buffy type scar. He was still hot, though. There will now be an abundance of Dean/Dean fic, Y/Y? C'mon, Dean would totally do himself. Even apocalyptic!Dean. He's still Dean.

CASTIEL!!!!! How much do I love Buddhist-hippie-drunken-coked-up-orgy-havin'-FML-future!Castiel? SFM OMG!!!

UMMMMMMMMMMMMM, I'M SORRY WOT? SAM AND DEAN MADE UP!!!! FTMFW!!!

I like how Dean just finished breaking up with Sam in his own time and then asks future!Dean "WTF YOU WEREN'T WITH HIM?"

CHUCK!!!! CHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!! UR SO AWESOME, BB!!!

AHAHAHAHAAAAA!!! I love how Castiel has a total current of "FUCK YOU AND UR STUPID FACE!!!" in all of his interactions with Dean. Bitter!Castiel is bitter. I also love the "EVS!! Past you was awes!!" to future!Dean. OH, MISHA!!! ILUSFM!!! ♥

Okay, gonna go ahead and say? I love Lucifer. His kind gentleness and steely, "I'm sorry, but this is the way it is" thing. If I were to sex a storyline, that would be the one.

FOR REALS I HAD AN ELEVATED HEARTRATE THIS WHOLE EPISODE!!! I'M LIKE A DAMN JUNKIE, U GUYS!!!!!

OKAY, WTF MY INTERNET IS FUCKED UP. SO I'LL END THIS NOW.

Just when you thought Show outdid itself, it outdoes what it outdid.

Oh my god, SamnDean and the Dean & Cas Show are finally colliding. The world is right again ('cept the fucking Croats and Zach can fuck off and play the Ghost of Christmas-Screwed-you).

I adore the show's direction with Lucifer - I used to not give a fuck about biblical mythology until I had to read a lot of Paradise Lost in the 10th grade (wonders where the xeroxed copy went because goddamn that would be so useful now), and the alternate take on the events of Genesis just made me so fucking happy because I got to read about a more sympathetic antagonist.

I kind of want to adore Lucifer and kick his ass at the same time.
