errant_janeHI, INTERNETS, I AM BACK!!! I have been too caught up in holiday drinking festivities to get online for like the past week. I was starting to get all twitchy as a result.
I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday/weekend/whatever!! I had a wonderful (if exhausting) Christmas and now I am all ready to do end-of-year memes and make impossible resolutions I have no hope of keeping. GOOD TIMES!!
The first of which is a writing one. I went through and did a rough add-up of my word counts of all the stories I posted for the year (at least the stuff I put up at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
storiesimakeup) and I wrote around 140k this year. That was without having any real writing goals set for the year (aside from participating in spn_j2_bigbang). Considering I also moved across the country this year, I'm counting that as decent output.
So I'm thinking of doinggetyourwordsout this year, but I'm unsure of what sort of goal I ought to set for myself. My writing for the year still falls under their "Modest Level" (150k), but as I plan on focusing much more on writing this year, I'm thinking of doing the 200k? Or 250k? Writing for nearly the whole month of December, I ended up with around 20k, and certainly not all of that was brilliant, so maybe I'd better stick with the 200k. HMMM.
Ahahaha, oh, my fascinating ponderings!! Alas, I do not have time to redeem this entry right now, as I have to go out and shovel snow before it gets completely dark. I hope that those of you also buried in snow are staying warm and safe. ♥!!!
