When in doubt, blame Jared. And maybe steal his candy.

Misha decides that the first step in his plans for making Jensen Ackles his bitch (more so than he apparently already is, anyway) is to play like nothing happened the other night. So when Jensen approaches him on set, all wary and ready to apologize for acts of drunken debauchery he didn't actually commit, Misha gives him a bland smile and a raised eyebrow.
"How's it going, rock star?"
Jensen snorts and grins. Then says, "So, the other night... I didn't, uh, do anything I should be too embarrassed about, did I?"
Misha pretends to consider, laughs and shakes his head. "Besides getting so sorority-girl shit-faced that I had to follow you home and make sure that you didn't need someone to hold your hair back?"
"I blame Jared." Jensen visibly relaxes.
"It's a good policy to have." This is when Misha decides to push it a little. "You can make it up to me by giving me candy."
"I don't have any candy."
"Jared has candy," Misha points out.
Jensen blinks at him. "You want me to go steal Jared's candy for you?"
Misha nods solemnly. "It's your penance for being a sloppy drunk."
"You said I didn't do anything..." Jensen narrows his eyes.
Which is, of course, not true. Misha implied that Jensen didn't do anything. It's all about the grey areas. "My story may change due to dangerously low blood sugar levels. You never know."
"Fine, whatever." Jensen looks amusingly disgruntled. "I didn't puke," he adds as if that is in any way relevant.
"Less talking, more candy." Jensen gets three steps away before Misha stops him. "I'm joking, Ackles." He doesn't actually like the candy Jared eats anyway.
"You're kind of a dick, man."
Misha grins. "Yeah, that seems to be the consensus."
Something unfurls low in his belly when Jensen throws his head back and laughs at that, and Misha thinks, Well, that can't be good.

Sometimes Genevieve plays dirty. But, really, can anyone blame her?

The morning starts out with Jared and Jensen's scenes, which means that they don't need Misha there until later and Genevieve isn't in this episode at all. Somehow, they are both there watching Jared and Jensen rehearse. Genevieve thinks that maybe she is glutton for punishment. She's wondering what Misha's excuse is when he slides up next to her and leans against the wall in a smarmy way that is all the more hilarious because he is wearing Castiel's coat over his jeans and t-shirt.
"I’m going to fuck with Jared by pretending to hit on you," he says, his voice pitched low.
And there's no way she can't laugh at that because, on a set where everyone is constantly trying to make everyone else laugh, Misha's main goal is amusing himself. Anyone else's amusement is an unintentional by-product.
"Okay, I'm game." She angles her body towards Misha a little and tilts her head, because it's sort of an unspoken rule at this point that if Misha's letting you in on the joke, you go with it.
Misha glances at where they are blocking out the scene and then back at Genevieve. "When are you going to put that guy out of his misery, anyway?"
Genevieve shrugs. "Bullshit answer or truth?"
"Truth." When she gives him an uncertain look, he frowns and says, "I keep confidences, Genevieve."
"Fine. I kinda like him." She rolls her eyes and looks away. What in the world compelled her to share that with Misha of all people?
"And you're not sure that he likes you?"
"I know he wants to sleep with me." The conversation is starting to make her feel like a stupid teenager and she's ready to tell Misha to forget the whole thing.
Then Misha says, "Liking him complicates it." The way he says it is halfway between curiosity and a revelation.
Genevieve looks up to see Misah's eyes trained on Jensen. She bites her lip to keep from laughing and thinks, Well, well, well.. What she says is, "You know, Jared has a theory."
"I've heard that about him," Misha says distractedly.
"Yeah." Genevieve pushes on. "He has this theory that everyone wants to fuck Jensen."
Misha looks back at her and laughs loudly. "That's his theory?"
Steve, the director, turns to look at them and shouts, "Do I have to ask you to leave, Collins?"
"No, sir." Misha smiles unrepentantly and Steve grins and shakes his head.
Not for the first time, Genevieve thinks how ridiculous it is that Misha has just about everyone around here completely wrapped around his fingers. Even Jared's antics around him are more along the lines of a little kid trying to get his favorite uncle's attention than anything else. It really is the most ludicrous thing that Genevieve has ever had the misfortune of witnessing. Not that she's immune, of course.
"Why is that so funny?" Genevieve asks. She's pretty sure she didn't misinterpret that look. I've got your number, Collins.
Misha only says, "I'm just trying to figure out where the unicorns fit in."
"I'm... not sure what that means." She shrugs it off. "But, I mean. It makes sense. Look at him." And Misha does, which makes Genevieve think that he is somehow unaware of the huge freaking blind spot he's developed. How delicious.
When she looks over at Jared and Jensen, she realizes that they're both watching her and Misha. This could not possibly get more ridiculous.
"Okay, you know what? Take a break," Steve says. He has evidently realized that absolutely nobody is paying attention to a damn thing he's saying.
Genevieve looks away, but she can feel Jared watching her now and it makes her toes curl a little in her shoes. Damn Jared anyway for being the world's most charming jackass. She refuses to look at him as he and Jensen approach them. Instead, she watches Misha watching Jensen and wonders if he realizes he's being obvious.
"So," Jared says without preamble. "What are you two talking about that's so hilarious?"
"Misha was telling me how excited he was that there's finally RPS about him and Jensen online." Genevieve takes a moment to appreciate the three flabbergasted expressions in front of her. She's put up with their bullshit all season long and she is absolutely not above playing dirty.
Jared recovers first, because he's Jared, and wraps his arm around her shoulders. "Aw, are you still upset about the fans hating you?" He gives her shoulders a squeeze and kisses the top of her head chastely. "Just think of how much they'll hate you when they find out you're my girlfriend."
Genevieve shrugs Jared's arm away and smacks him in the stomach. "Dream on, Padalecki." Too close for comfort. "I'm gonna go get some food."
As she walks away, she hears Jared say, "I’m wearing her down." Then, "A word, Collins."
"Okay," Misha answers. "But you only get one, so choose carefully."
"How about 'douche-nozzle'?"
Genevieve grins to herself. Impossible as it seemed, she could almost believe that Jared was jealous.
